Ich mag das eigenverantwortliche Arbeiten und vor allem das neue Büro. Endlich haben wir ausreichend Platz.

Es gibt immer Luft nach oben, gerade wenn ein Unternehmen gerade erst gewachsen ist. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt es an vielen Stellen, die wir allerdings bereits kennen und dafür brennen, sie in die Tat umzusetzen.

Wir gehen hier nicht -nur- zum Arbeiten hin, es wird auch viel für die Weiterentwicklung getan. Die Weiterentwicklung im Team und auch jedes Einzelnen. Bei Markatus habe ich mich persönlich sehr weiterentwickelt!
