The teams need to be properly staffed, after a growth of almost 100% of revenues in 2020 it is clear that there is the strong need for a higher headcount in all teams. But also clear that not everything can be fixed simultaneously.

There are lots of interesting but time demanding projects and tasks on everyone's shoulders. I think the management want to stuff properly but it has not been done yet. Therefore, the workload is pretty high for everyone.
