At the end of October 2025 I applied for a Senior Position at the company which matched my skill set and and career pretty well. The first interview was planned and carried through well with timely feedback on the next steps. But after that the communicated timeline was never sticked to. Finding time slots for next two interviews was pretty chaotic. After my third interview (I had already invested two hours in mere interview time and one entire day to prepare a presentation) feedback was promised by mid January which never came. Hence, three months after applying I had no response whatsoever which is pretty disappointing given the effort that I was asked to put into this process. Based on unreliability I experienced, I doubt that this employer is organizationally capable of paying salaries on time. During my interviews I was always criticised for having worked with professional mature enterprise grade software (which they obviously disliked about my career). Sorry for being a professional!
