Central co-working office.
I'm not sure where to start. I was fired on the last day of my probation without prior warning. I was asked to hand over my laptop and was almost forced to teach the new employee how to do things.
I thought this only happens in American movies, but apparently, German companies can also do that.
Kind advice to the founder(s)- Find a proper mentor yourself and learn how to communicate professionally with your team.

Leadership, poor communication, owners behavior, not appreciating employees, mobbing. Flexibility is understood for employees to be flexible for them and not both ways.

Expecting to live for company
They “promote” their product online mentoring for externals and not for their own employees.
No teamwork
There are no but I would assume they wouldn’t hire older than founders.
They talk and write about leadership, acting exactly opposite.
You get nothing but a laptop for equipment, the rest you need to buy on your own.
Rude, yelling, putting down and cursing
The employees are not treated as humans, but as the owner’s property.
