Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand that take-home exercises can feel tough, but the goal isn't to ask for a full strategy—just to get an idea of how candidates approach challenges and think through problems. We aim to keep it manageable, so it’s not as overwhelming as it might sound.

I also wanted to mention that, after we worked together to schedule the second interview, we were disappointed that you didn’t show up and didn’t let us know. You mentioned having been ghosted by other companies, so we found it surprising that this happened on your end.

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass du keine Rückmeldung bekommen hast und du dich in Konsequenz nicht wertschätzend behandelt gefühlt hast. Ich kann aus eigener Erfahrung nachfühlen, wie frustrierend das ist!

Leider kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, was in deinem Fall passiert ist. Ich bin alle Bewerbungen der letzten 3 Monate durchgegangen und habe keine einzige finden können, bei der wir eine Antwort schuldig geblieben wären. Uns ist bewusst, wie viel Aufwand in Bewerbungen fließt und wissen jede einzelne Bewerbung und die investierte Zeit sehr zu schätzen! Deswegen würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn wir deinen Fall gemeinsam aufklären können. Wenn das also für dich okay ist, dann melde dich gerne bei mir.
