Stock compensation is something that would motivate me a lot.

Colleagues and customers are fans of the way meshcloud does business (I include myself in that list).
Work-Life-Balance
Parental leave, Sabbatical, and vacation have never been a topic of disagreement at meshcloud.
I made use of the world-office policy a couple of times already and worked from southern Europe.
Vacationers are not expected to be online, which is also a big plus for me.
A completely flexible home office policy makes organizing small things in your life a lot easier.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Learning has been a constant during my time at meshcloud. The environment the company is operating in is changing a lot, so I am sure this will continue in the future.
Doing certifications is encouraged.
meshcloud has a great library of books on a wide variety of topics: sales, leadership, tech, ... If you miss a book, you simply order it and hand in the receipt.
Gehalt/Benefits
Financially it might not be the best package you can get (it is not for me). But since I joined, there have been continuous improvements around benefits. It may not be top of the market, but I consider the complete package - which of course includes the excellent day-to-day working experience and being part of an exciting journey - to be fair.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Helping each other out is completely natural.
Problems are mostly solved directly with involved colleagues instead of leadership, which builds trust.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
So far, the age distribution is skewed towards younger colleagues (including myself). But meshcloud is regularly interviewing older candidates, this might change in the future.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I received strong coaching from day one. Leadership is based on trust (and basically it is the opposite of micro-managing) which I like a lot.
If I see something, I can raise it directly with the parties involved, so no need to route it through leadership, which also speaks for leaderships trust in everyone involved.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Tech equipment is excellent. You can choose what you need to be productive.
Kommunikation
As a mostly-remote working company, effective communication is vital for meshloud.
The way teams deal with change varies across the company as each team has lots of freedom to choose how they want to organize themselves.
One downside of the mostly-remote approach is the need for communication discipline at all times which fits my style most of the time, but I occasionally miss the spontaneity and creativity of by-chance face-to-face interactions.

meshcloud regularly interviews and hires colleagues from all genders and cultural backgrounds.
Parental leaves are common for male and female colleagues.
Interessante Aufgaben
The whole cloud space still has a lot to be figured out for organizations (technologically and culturally). Working at meshcloud means gaining first-hand experience on how organizations do that.
