Mi-GSO is a large consultancy in the field of Project and Change management with long cooperation with massive names of the aerospace, automotive, financial and telecom and energy industries.
Mi-GSO offers interesting projects and flexibility across the industries and project fields (from operative PM to process management and Business Transformation).
The management is open and always seeking contribution from consultants to improve the adaptation of this French consultancy to local culture and standards: e.g. Managers have integrated a panel of consultants to drive new strategy map and enhance our satisfaction of being part of Mi-GSO through workshops, recently quarterly meetings have been added where each consultant is invited to gather her/his ideas and get to know about the development... Proximity between the consulting teams and the management is very appreciated.

As mentionned in later comments, Mi-GSO is a French consultancy, leading on his market, which is the newplayer in the German cultural market: as every company expanding abroad its historical business, adaptation is always key and sometimes a challenge for French team-members. Nevertheless the company had recently decided to focus on its strategic model and adapt it to German standards by involving the recommendations of ALL employees in the planning and implementation of new better measures.
A career development model as well as trainings have sometimes been criticised, but we are now involved in a positive transformation, which will offer such important measures for employees.
Mi-GSO currently only focuses on aerospace, automotive and financial industries in its German market, which offers limited possibilities for older senior consultants. Other segments development is currently in construction.

- get more coordination / involvement of French staff in the German operations (team events, regular business coordination communicated to employees...)
