Very mixed impressions here. The local German BM is a good and caring guy. The French management is not approachable, arrogant and self centered

The office often was too small during the pandemic and at the same time we were not always allowed to work from home. IT is a ctastrophy. Fixes for basics to months

You are mostly all by yourself. Local staff often tries to accomodate but the gap is too big to bridge
