A generally excellent place to work with a nice collegial atmosphere

Good covid related working model in place. Always felt trusted to manage my own time as long as I got the work done.

This depends upon which sub-team but I mostly felt supported and that 90% of employees are pulling in the same direction.

A high proportion of employees have worked 5 years + at this company. Although there aren't many employees over 50 years old.

Leadership focus and strategic direction can shift suddenly, but Milengo is an established, professional company with a pretty reasonable targets and measures in place. Management is very transparent with what's going on and what needs to be improved.

Depends on the role, but generally the language service industry is not very well renumerated.
