The trainer takes care of you and constantly asks whether you can improve something or if you have any questions, for example, he is happy to explain them 2-3 times again if you still don't understand them

No extra hours compensation, long decision processes, responsibilities and roles not clear or overloaded
Clarify roles and responsibilities more, hire more people to share responsibilities (some people have more than one role and no time to really work on what they actually are there for), compensate extra hours, show career options for growing and staying in company
The atmosphere is great I enjoy coming to the office every time because of this.
The image has changed a lot over the last two years. Now I would really recommend to work here because there are so many new colleagues and change in leadership. I really enjoy working here.
Flexible work schedules and working remotely make it able to organize your private life without problems. Private
matters are always respected.
Small company with a lot development potential but the development options are not showed very clearly for everyone. It would be nice to know the development options you have to plan your career more.
Salary is good but I wish extra working hours were paid or you could take time of with them. More vacation days would be really nice. I like that they share profit one time a year and pay for your job ticket and kindergarten fee. They also raise all salaries one time a year without annoying negotiations.
I can’t really say anything about the environment, at least we don’t really use paper because we always work on our laptops. We even got a brand new iPad for christmas to work more digital. Very social company that helps with visa processes, always treat colleagues equally and supports family life.
The team spirit is very strong across countries and teams. Everyone is very supportive and you never feel left alone. I couldn’t ask for better colleagues!
Even older colleagues behave very young and are up to date with our software. I can’t tell a difference when work with older colleagues because everyone is the same.
The team leaders are very approachable and act on eye level. Bringing in own ideas is always appreciated. Very modern and democratic leadership. I’m never scared to express my own opinion.
Very modern, open and bright office space with fun activities like billiard table and table soccer. On easter there was a easter egg hunt in the office and we went to Hansa Park with all families of the colleagues, on christmas there are christmas parties and the director of the company orders food for everyone almost every week. When colleagues form other countries come to the office we always do fun things together!
Sometimes responsibilities and roles aren’t clear and because of this decision making takes longer than needed on leadership end.
Everyone is treated equally. There are so many colleagues from different countries around the world, this makes it a lot of fun work together and have lunch and cook together!
The company is constantly growing and expands over the world more. This is why you can always expect new challenges and interesting tasks.

We could have more social interaction. People are too focused on doing their working hours and going home. Doing breaks together could be part of our culture and work time.

We have very engaged team members, who are willing to do their best but many team members do not participate actively on continuously improving the product or the working processes.
Problems take too long to be addressed or are not addressed at all.
People on leadership have 2 or more roles and can not dedicate themselves for a specific role. They do not have time to do what is important

Everyone is being heard and there is a lot of respect towards each other. Over
the last years, the mentality has changed and processes have changed.
Employee appreciation is becoming a core value of the company.
The projects and environment is very intriguing with a very involved customer base.
The hiring process for new employees sometimes takes months because there is no HR department, which can focus on the hiring. Instead, it is passed to the team leaders in addition to their regular duties.
Some individuals are overloaded with multiple roles, which affects the decision-making process. Instead of putting more roles and duties to some core employees, rather hire an additional resource.

lack of honest and transparent communication
While some co-workes are really honest and trying to establish transparent and clear communication, others only want to do their job and are not mindful about what they are doing.
Mainly young colleagues. In my impression the older ones have been treated as equals.
direct supervisors are super, they are in close contact with the co-workers and understand the need of the team
management however is kinda distant and not team goal orientated, decisions from management are not explained nor clearly communicated, management seems more power than customer value oriented

Company communication can definitively be improved. A yearly meeting to inform about goals is not enough. Company strategy is not clear laid out and therefor decisions are not comprehensibly. Weekly meetings to highlight the accomplishments of the weeks are held and they are really helpful to stay in touch with the colleagues.

In my position I was able to perform my tasks in the way I think it was best. Short feedback from my supervisor helped me to stay on track. Colleagues however had less freedom of choice how to realise set goals.
