The leadership team & my manager really take time to cascade information, keep us up to date and mobile itself has many cool forums like Mobile Day Conference, People Leader Days, regular AllHands etc. where you can connect and exchange with others

In my team we really stick together, tackle upcoming issues with a One winning Team spirit and I always get support or sparring when I need it. I have never felt so seen in a team and my personal life and well-being matters to my team and my manager

super flexible, we have many mumis and daddys in our team and there is no pressure to be in the office a fixed amount of days. However because we realize how good it feels to be in the office together and how much faster we solve problems we all enjoy coming to the office regulary

my manager really cares about me, is interested in my life and challenges me while giving me the neccessary space to explore, grow, make my own mistakes and learn from them and she is always there if I need a second opinion
Arbeitsbedingungen
For me this is the first place I have worked at where I can healthily combine work and life. The office is modern and we have the tech needed to work efficiently. Our Slack Food channel is never empty and there is free drinks after work, pool, table tennis and games rooms.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I am actually happy with my package and I feel that it is fair. Maybe there is a chance to review the benefits and modernize those a bit and include a gym benefit, that would be cool.
