The company cares about their employees and puts a high value on them. It knows clearly that great employees who are happy can be far more profitable for the company. There is a very good reason that moduleworks has been ranked a best place to work for several years in a row.
During the Covid time, the company handled the situation very thoughtfully and went out of their ways to make the transition to home office as smooth as possible.
I can go on and on but I guess you get the gist of it.
