Poor management and no development strategy. Problems are usually not resolved, but silently kept in place.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Comfortable offices, good hardware, relaxed work.
Kommunikation
During an interview you can hear that the company has flat structure. In reality it's not and the communication works only from top to bottom. Last discussion argument usually is around "you're paid for this job, so here is what the manager says - go and do it".
Work-Life-Balance
As there is no real plan and therefore it's normal to skip/move deadlines, you can always get vacation whenever you want. I've never seen someone working over normal working hours in this company.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The lower- and middle-management in IT department is the most uncompetent I've ever seen in my career. If you need to see antipatterns and bad practices in action - it's a very good place to investigate.
Interessante Aufgaben
The domain of work is very interestin. 5 start for it! The actual work that should be done is unfortunatelly not as interesting as it can be. A solid portion of features are later dropped as unused, which is simply demotivating.
