Salaries are very low and raises are difficult.

Disgusting behaviour from the managers. Two former colleagues told me that the company refused to pay them a month's salary each, and they both had to give it up because they feared losing their visas. Typical mob and bully mentality. I wish I could give the managers 0 stars.
Kommunikation
Communication could improve. Presentations from the C-levels are a bit vague.
Gleichberechtigung
They pretend to care about everyone, but they really push their luck with the foreign colleagues.
