The atmosphere is great because everyone is working toward the same goal. Even though there are occasional challenges at the company, everyone is focused and very hardworking.

We may still be small compared to the rest of the market, but we can hold our own

We're a startup in the growth phase, on the verge of a breakthrough. Of course, that means a more work tahn 9-5 and, as a result, less personal life. There's overtime now and then, but in return, you can organize your work hours relatively freely which balances it out

The focus is often on achieving our milestones, but continuing education opportunities are also made available when necessary
Gehalt/Benefits
In the past, we've faced some of the usual challenges due to our startup status, but things are looking up. Management is working hard for improvement here

There's room for improvement, but we work paperlessl and everyone here takes responsibility for the environment with his own sense for it

Although the team is still quite young due to the strong growth over the past year, all the units are fairly homogeneous, and I feel that each team has the right people.

Every team lead here takes their responsibilities very seriously. Because of the heavy workload, there isn't always enough time to take a breathe or focus on other issues, but everyone does their very best.

The building and the office could be too small again, when growing more...

It could be better and a little more transparent from time to time. But compared to the last few months, we've made a big leap forward, and it's clear that we'll continue to improve in this area.

I think we're now up to over 15 countries or more, across all age groups - so definitely a big yes
