Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

If you have a family, this is one of the best places you can work. They are very open and nobody is ever mad at you of the kids are sick and you have to take a few days of.

If you ask for feedback, take it serious.
Find strategies or change behaviors/texts/thinking to attract more woman.

Kommunikation

Decisions form the management are not well explained. They ask for feedback but ignore it afterwards.

Sadly they'll force you to come two days to the office per week, if you are closer than 100km to it.

Heavily depends on the team you are working in. They never do trainings and take it as common, that leaders "know how things need to be done".

Gleichberechtigung

Just very few women at all, mostly in marketing/office/finance. Not any woman in the management.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is great, notebooks/screens are not older than 2 years. The air conditioning often breaks down.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Mostly everyone has company car, public transport monthly-tickets are reimbursed.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salary is average and always on time.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

It's a small company so the career paths are short. You're are allowed to take up to two trainings/certifications a year. The manager could pay more attention to make people grow.

Telework:
We at Movingdots believe that most of the working activities which fall within our portfolio can also be performed outside the office with no negative impact on the quality of the output.
At the same time, we are also aware of the importance of socialization within the team as it allows us to establish a rapport with the new colleagues, keep a personal relation with the team members and communicate in a way that is not always possible in the “virtual spaces”.
We believe that the possibility to also work in person together enhances the potential of our teams´ results and strengthens our resilience. Therefore, we have a hybrid option with both working time in the office and working time remotely. Such a hybrid option was decided based – among others – on the inputs form an employee survey conducted some time ago. This should ensure a better work-life balance in line with our company culture.

Training
For what the training is concerned, we have planned a massive investment in 2022 compared to the previous year. Training modules have been agreed between the Line Managers and their Team Members, planned, booked and are being taken by most of our colleagues. In case you have any issue or question, please reach out to our Team Lead and/or to HR in order to get your question addressed and your training started as soon as possible. We take the development of the skills and competences of our colleagues very seriously. We are convinced about the importance of training at all levels withing he company.

Gender balance
We hire based on attitude first, and secondly on skills – keeping in mind the importance of equity, with the desire to maintain a truly diverse and inclusive workplace.
A number of activities and initiatives are being considered and put in place in order to attract more women to our sector.

Communication
We are currently in a phase of important change with exciting challenges ahead. The Management is working out plans and solutions in order for us to grow further. All our colleagues will be involved soon and be given the opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of our strategy for the coming years.
