Kommentar: - the onboarding was excellent: I learned everything I needed to know within one week
- the employer was very flexible considering my demands: temporary reduction of working hours due to child care
- there are a lot of possibilities to get together with your colleagues (beer fridays e.g.). You get the impression, you belong.
- the agile framework costs some time on the one hand but is very worthwhile on the other: transparency, organizing the team, knowing exactly what you have to do
- I'd appreciate if more women applied to be working here. There are some but there could be more

Nothing I could think of.

I’ve never liked any workplace as much. So far, 3 months into my employment, I absolutely love it here.

I have been given a supervisor who assigns me tasks but do not clear my doubts. As a result I get stuck, or even if I ask the concerned person he is too busy to provide time. However, there is another colleague who helps me out with the tasks and I can successfully complete it. I do not think this is a problem of the system, but a particular supervisor and his schedule..

So what I think that there should be a proper doubt clearing session, set along with the task list in order to avoid such confusion.

Diverse and friendly environment. Warm atmosphere at the office. Company values match my own. Ambitious goals and everything we need to achieve them.
