Local office tries to get everybody updated on business and important topics. HQ also shows up frequently and is open with their messages and values honest feedback.

Colleagues are great. There's a strong commitment between the teams working cross-functional. I can count on a lot of different functions when moving forward.
Work-Life-Balance
Good time management is key here. Company is still growing and there are always tasks you can take on-top. Compensation days are given when some tasks require a sprint with additional efforts. But home office is very flexible here
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It's a mixed bag. Though in general management is doing a good job treating employees fair. The challenge is more about leading all the different personas in a good and adaptive way. There's definitely room to grow but there's not one manager not at least trying.

As the company is still growing there are a lot of standard tasks but also new ideas and initiatives are being welcomed.
The markets itself are very interesting and you can be very close to new market shaping ideas and solutions.
