The atmosphere is quite relaxing.
The standard is not so high so sometimes you can be really flexible and chill.
Some of the colleagues are amazing, helpful and hard working.

No proper training for new members.
No management.
Too much work per shift in high season + must train new people while you are actually working on your own.
Working schedule is very unorganized and only 1 week in advance.

Work-Life-Balance
Working schedule is very bad. One week plan in advance only. However, you can always ask to change shift if it's possible, they will consider it.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
You will get along with some of the people very well and some you cannot even stand looking at. There are always groups of colleagues and you are lucky if you belongs to one.
Kommunikation
Hardly any crew meeting and if any, only talk about goals and unimportant stuffs instead of trying to solve basic problems.
