It’s a overall good company, grew too much too fast and needs to change their strategy with employees
Ex-Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat bis 2023 im Bereich Personal / Aus- und Weiterbildung in München gearbeitet.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I had a good time working there. My colleagues were all nice.
The feedback was terrible from managers.
The way they select and hire is a little strange to me.
Kommunikation
The teams are too big for each manager. They just hope you do your job and call it freedom and trust. It leads to employees not having clear directions and management not taking time for employees.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I wasn’t a fan of the management. It’s a lot about friendships and how much they can see having a coffee in their free time.

You repeat the same tasks, but that’s the same at every company.
