Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
as soon as someone posts a bad review online (unbelievably many employees left the company in the last 12 months), they let current employees create a great review on the next day to keep their ranking.

bad blood, bad mood, hard to concentrate (noise), no appreciation for work or useful feedback

important news, you won't hear them first.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
some are nice, but tendencies of shittalking
Work-Life-Balance
they would like everybody to work 12 hours a day. Most of them leave until 6pm anyways.
