They tried to improve at least when I left, but changing personality is hard.

if there was a book titled "How to treat your employees in a good way", the CEOs definitely have NOT read it until recently. Every positive aspect of "Start Up" culture was not met and ignored. Find experienced managers and listen to them

At least they try to improve, keep trying! Find experienced managers and listen to them. and visit some empathy workshops.

Very bad atmosphere. They tried after they hired an experienced HR manager who pointed out the many negative aspects but atmosphere was pretty poisoned already.

Frustration was ubiquitous but some tried.

expectations were high concerning effort and time investment but effort to create good working atmosphere in return was low

very ambiguous behavior from the CEOs. they clearly have a vision but are also unexperienced when it came to people management, from micro managing to distant behavior to impatience. it also depended on your role in the company, some were best buddies, some were bullied.

Office building was OK, free coffee but no free water, tab water tasted awful! Working laptops and screens were not that good, except for developers. Vacation days minimum

Dear (former) WorkGenius-member,

thank you very much for your open feedback and we are very sorry you did not enjoy our time together.

We strongly believe in our vision and we never stop learning, may it be in workplace design, how to position ourselves more efficiently, how to improve communication, how to further strengthen cohesion, etc. We are always dependent on the input and requests of each employee (all the same which nature), in order to become simply better. If we had heard about bullying or unfair behaviour, we would have intervened immediately.
We have here a multiplicity at beverages, which we offer naturally free of charge: water, coffee, soft drinks or a beer for a common relaxed after work evening. In case something is missing, we can order something else next time.
