There's a huge willingness to learn and grow on an organizational level. Mynaric doesn't claim to be perfect and mistakes/failures happen but once an issue or challenge is detected everyone joins forces to solve it and get better as soon as possible. The self-centric works council needs to listen to the actual desires of the colleagues they are representing and stop being on their own mission of self-proliferation.

Cool team that's determined to get things done and does a stellar job. Several employee events per year, (sponsored) sport groups of colleagues and stylish swag. People really identify with their job, the product and the industry. Definitively your place if you are a space nerd or want to become one ;)

Very open culture that explicitly includes failures. Transparency is one of the core company values! Regular all-hands meetings, intermediate updates and open door policy.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Is great except for a few colleagues that tend to gravitate around and inside the works council. I guess you always have a few bad apples.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working times and little constraints on when to take holidays - you just have to get your work done. Phases of high intensity exist and come with higher workload.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Understandable strategy and open communication. Suggestions are always welcome, but decisions are mostly made pragmatically and top down to ensure the company can achieve its ambitious targets.

I have been in various roles and have taken over a large array of different tasks. I always had a word in what areas to focus on.

Company is actively working to achieve gender balance, however as typical for the industry women are chronically underrepresented across all levels.

I worked in a normal office including everything you would expect. A move to a more inspiring industrial loft style building is imminent which will make this aspect a bit more interesting

Fair salary for the job and stock-based compensation as the cherry on the cake with potential upside.

Lot's of bad reviews here on Kununu mostly from employees who didn't make the cut and are probably better off working somewhere else. It's a high-intensity environment and a great place to learn and grow! Don't join if you are basically searching for paid retirement.

I joined as an intern and left as part of the management team. If you demonstrate that you have what it takes there's probably few other places to advance your career as quickly.
