As a suggestion for improvement, I would advise the employer to take feedback from employees to heart and not let it sink in or block it out. In addition, the trust between company and employee should be strengthened. Management should also talk to employees more often, listen to problems and also contribute something to make employees feel better.

The working atmosphere within the department was good. The colleagues get along relatively well with each other. Of course, there are also colleagues from time to time who think they are something better or just because they have a certain title that they can explain something to you. The honesty among the colleagues, from the supervisor or management as well as the sense of responsibility is not or hardly present.
Kommunikation
Communication from management to employees is simply poor. Exact goals are not presented properly. There is more a pretense of an ideal world than addressing problems and reality.

The colleagues among themselves in certain teams stick together very well, try to push the products forward and give their best. Personally, I got along very well with all my colleagues and had a very good working relationship with them.

Work-life balance is possible, but only if you work in certain departments or hold certain positions. If you want to take vacation or reduce overtime as an employee, you get looked at strangely. Thanks to the Covid pandemic, the home office option was a suitable balance to the office routine and you could do private things at times when you are normally in the office. The behavior of the supervisor was just terrible. You couldn't rely on the supervisor, didn't stand behind you or take care of any problems. No technical understanding available. In addition, when you quit, you are badmouthed everywhere, so that a bad image of an employee is created without this nasty talk being refuted by facts. No feedback from employee is appreciated.
Interessante Aufgaben
The technology that Mynaric is developing, which is also very future-oriented, is very interesting. Of course, there are points that need to be improved significantly to be competitive with larger companies with similar or the same technology.
Gleichberechtigung
Equality between women and men or different nations is well given. I think the diversity of nations is a plus for equality. However, the number of women in the company should be increased.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions could still be improved. Especially in the number of office spaces, sanitary facilities and also kitchen equipment. In addition, something should be done to reduce noise at the production site.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary equality does not exist in the company. Employees with the same training and the same job earn differently. Even if you put in more effort and only work overtime, you don't get a raise or recognition.
