I learn a lot from colleagues and its more of a US style compared to what you are used in Germany. I like it that way, but I understand if this is not for everyone.

It is a bit of a hire and fire mentality, but in my view thats not bad only but also necessary. Ask me again when I am fired ;)

in my view more structure cannot hurt. Often this is a pure communication problem. HR should be more active in this regard.

there are people you look up to and others, like everywhere, but certainly over average, I would say. Top management is inspiring and with diverse backgrounds (I have read other comments here, I dont know where these people who wrote these comments work... probably at Tesat ;))

some where let go, but my feeling is everybody is treated with great respect. Especially its often the older colleagues who have certain skills
