Soul killer of a workplace! Better look elsewhere and don't look back!

The entire workspace is brewing from the latest end-of-year review, where more than half of the company did not get any adaptation for the salaries that were once competitive, and the rest received a merely "tap" on the shoulder with raises below any dignity. People are desintergrated and desperate. Not to mentioned that this review was prolonged on the expense of the people without prior knowledge of who will make it or not.
Toxic micromanagement and C levels are making the place look like a hostage house.
