- The management should try to improve the efficiancy of it's work

Really high pressure. No good priotization. Management has bad ability to reflect.

Was much worse in the past but is now getting better. Management is encouraging good communication by all employees but still has a lot to learn.

- Different teams work against each other

In case you do a lot of work you will ever get more work as you are productive. Corona makes it more easier. But management would like to have all people in the office, even with corona.

Employees are for fulfilling orders instead of thinking how to solve the work best.

Theoretically really interesting business but in the end really boring work and doing the same things all the time.
