High fluctuation & unsatisfied team

Was great at the beginning but changed a lot over time. Extremely hugh fluctuation is the result.
Kommunikation
Unfortunately worst communication I have seen in my professional life. No agreed communications from C board, important information is held back, obviously arising questions cannot be answered, people are explicitly told not to talk to certain people about certain topics - without a reason.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Was good at the beginning. Now feels like everyone is working on their own. There is no common vision / mision.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on everyone itself.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No mentoring or empowering. Goals are not reachable. Very demotivating managment style.
Interessante Aufgaben
Interesting industry. Although no room for own ideas or resposibilities - everything is managed from the top.
Gleichberechtigung
Many sexist comments.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Big office & quite noisy. Although a lot of people left so there is much space. No freedom for e.g. home office - only exceptionally possible.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Rather good for industry & company size!
