Rückschrittliches Unternehmen mit großer Intransparenz und einer inkompetenten Führungsebene

Früher hatten wir Experten, die sich um das Tagesgeschäft, Personal und IT gekümmert haben. Jetzt verlassen die Ratten das sinkende Schiff. Dank der Fluktuation haben wir IT-Verantwortliche, die bereits mit dem Einschalten des PCs ihre Probleme haben. Dabei reden wir hier vom Geschäftskundenbetrieb! Personalleiterfunktion bekommen nicht die Kollegen, die Neo erfolgreich gemacht haben, sondern dank Ströers Vetternwirtschaft Menschen ohne minimal ausgeprägte Führungsqualifikationen, die zusätzlich eher mit sich überfordert sind. Danke Ströer!

Es war eine tolle Firma.
Und dann kam die Übernahme von Ströer! Zuerst hat die Geschäftsleitung gekündigt und danach alle, die etwas drauf hatten. Die neuen Führungskräfte haben alles ,abgesehen von notwendigen Skills und Erfahrung. Hier wird ein sehr gutes Unternehmen einfach so zerstört. Die ehemals zufriedenen Mitarbeiter kündigen massenweise und freuen sich auf eine Zukunft ohne Neo Advertising und Ströer.

Die Atmosphäre ist seit dem Geschäftsführerwechsel katastrophal! Der Wechsel begann ganz harmonisch und war ein softer Übergang. Danach wurden die Abteilungen zerlegt und der kollegiale Zusammenhalt extrem gestört. Ehemalige Führungskräfte wurden handlungsunfähig gemacht und vom Rest des Teams getrennt. So macht arbeiten keinen Spaß bzw. Sinn mehr. Die einstige Vorzeige- und Feelgood-Oase Neo verkommt zu einem herkömmlichen Arbeitsplatz ohne Führung! Schade! Der Mutterkonzern Ströer schreitet nicht ein!
