If you’re applying for a job, be cautious because they’re not honest, let alone transparent. They can make you wait but then have the audacity to ask you to halt your potential agreement with other firms.

The company seems “young” and lacks business ethics. The HR department and hiring managers are out of touch. For example, the HR department might claim you don’t need to prepare a case study, but the hiring managers might demand it shortly before the interview. And if you want to get a reply to your follow-up questions in an email, forget “they’re busy”.

If have other options, spare yourself time, energy and headache and prioritize other options.

write like this, the interviewers were very non profesional and during technical interviews they were asking non relavant questions and doing very non profesional acts.
After completing several stages of the interview process, I did not receive any constructive feedback or an explanation for why I was not selected for the position. This lack of feedback is disappointing, as it does not help candidates improve or understand their performance.
