Not a typical startup.
Hat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung bei NEXR Technologies SE in Berlin gearbeitet.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Good.
Image
Company has a troubled history. New Management acts differently, which is good.
Work-Life-Balance
Sometimes more- sometimes less. Overall ok
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you need training you can ask for it. Am learning a lot on the job though
Gehalt/Benefits
My salary is never high enough :) But overall it's rather fair
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not visible
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Really, really good
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Not many older colleagues, but as far as I can see they are treated exactly like everyone else
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Very ok with my supervisor
Arbeitsbedingungen
Depends on where you're working. Head quarter is a nice office
Kommunikation
Townhall monthly and department meetings.
Gleichberechtigung
Management mostly men
Interessante Aufgaben
Yes. A lot of moving parts. Definitely not boring.
