Da fällt mir momentan nicht viel ein.
Working atmosphere
Unrealistische Zielvorgaben, permanenter Druck. Schlechte Ausstattung und Hilfsmittel. Management hat keine Ahnung vom Zielmarkt und den Kunden.

Galgenhumor ist noch das einzige, was uns zusammenhält.

Unvorhersehbar. Unrealistische Zielvorgaben. Es wird immer ein Schuldiger gesucht und der ist selbstverständlich in der Mannschaft zu finden. Wollen vor allem "Manager" spielen. Menschenführung oder strategisches Denken - nicht vorhanden

Unterirdisch. Wenn überhaupt informiert wird, dann nur auf Englisch.
