Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Small team with passion and purpose who have (helped to) establish(ed) one of the leading optical brain imaging companies, very impressive. NIRx is also self-funded and with 15 years down the line there is still lots to do and people can step up in their responsibilities.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
We need more people :)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Team of international and very smart people who are working together with a bigger mission in mind.
Image
NIRx has a good reputation in the market and seems to be very well known.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone I closely worked with was always super helpful and supported when help was needed.
Kommunikation
Overall company language is English
Interessante Aufgaben
Besides Recruiting I worked on very mixed and interesting People & Culture topics with the wellbeing of employees in mind.
