Unprofessionally and disrespectfully treated

I called a HR guy to get information about a R&D job to assess if it was worthwhile for me to apply. He encouraged me to send him my CV, so I did. After an informal interview with him I received feedback, that I was certainly qualified for this position and I should wait for the responsible recruiter to do a second interview with me. After several weeks they still didn't come back to me. After calling the responsible recruiter it turned out he simply forgot. He asked me to file an official application (which I did in turn) and he assured me to talk to the operational people and come back to me. He never did. At this point the company had revealed just how unprofessional and disrespectfully it treats people. It is enough information for me to decide this isn't a good place to work, so I am happy to get this information before switching jobs and finding myself in a presumably unfortunate work environment. What a disappointment really.
