Workload is not usually balanced. Sometimes you are overloaded with work and sometimes you have no work and have to work on uninteresting topics.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Could improve more on documenting tasks,
Selling Norcom to customers with better communication,
proper planning and quality reviews for each deliverables,
more training and onboarding would be nice for new employees to get used to the work environment.
