Have a plan and strategy - Hypergrowth will not happen with constant restructuring of management lines, dozen of employees leaving (especially long standing ones) and a work culture which is coming from IBM. IBM is not known for having a great work culture for a reason

Not a 9-5 job..overtime is expected depending on the project. if you land on a project with IBM expectations are there that you take calls on the weekend, at 6 AM and pretty much at anytime

No possibility to develop into new roles. A lot of senior roles have been taken up by former IBM employees..which mirrors the culture nowadays at nordcloud
