Seen better. Colleagues are paid unfairly because they take advantage of a lack of negotiating skills. But the main thing is that the C-level is expanded further.

Room for improvement. Too many business trips with airplanes. Management also treats itself to a larger rental car here and there. Of course, a lavish business dinner is a must.

Interessante Aufgaben
Tasks were great and varied at the beginning. Lately, however, they have become very, very monotonous. Mainly because jobs have been cut and this has led to restructuring and everyone has to work towards one big goal.
