Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist mega locker und man kann ruhig und konzentriert arbeiten.

Aufgrund der Gleitzeit echt entspannte Arbeitszeiten
Apprentice's pay
Urlaubs- Und Weihnachtsgeld wird gezahlt, Gehalt ist immer um den 25. Des Monats aufm Konto, in Ausnahmefällen wegen Wochenende oder dergleichen 1 bis 2 Tage später

Es gab in meinen 2,5 Jahren nicht einen Tag andem ich ohne Spaß zur Arbeit gegangen bin
Assignments / Tasks
Lernmöglichkeiten für die Berufschule sind aufjedenfall vorhanden. Für die Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfung kann man von der Firma aus bei einem Institut angemeldet werden und wird dort perfekt vorbereitet
Variety
Ich war in (fast) jeder Abteilung eingesetzt und verstehe somit den Ablauf deutlich besser
