The working atmosphere is incredibly positive, and the team is made up of amazing, talented people. It's a very international environment, which brings a great mix of perspectives. On top of that, our products and development are extremely exciting and it's super motivating to work on something with so much potential.
What I appreciate the most is the freedom to build and introduce new things and fresh ideas and shape internal processes from scratch.

It is a startup environment (although we're moving more towards a scale-up). Things are dynamic, fast-paced, and we are experiencing rapid growth. This kind of environment definitely has to be something someone wants and thrives in. It definitely requires flexibility and a hands-on mentality
