Work-Life-Balance durch Bereitschafts- und Geschäftshandys und jede Woche Wochenendarbeit (während Saison) ziemlich schlecht, Homeoffice nur bei ganz wichtigen Ausnahmen, Überstunden werden nach Ende des Monats gelöscht.

In verschiedenen Gruppen arbeiten Kollegen gut und gerne zusammen. Gesamter Vertrieb sehr chaotisch. Viele machen sich auch wichtiger, als sie sind.

Kaum Einbeziehung der Mitarbeiter bei Entscheidungen, Kritik wird angenommen aber nicht umgesetzt, kein Dank für dauerndes Wochenendarbeiten, es wird erwartet, dass man 24/7 erreichbar ist und das Handy auch mit in den Urlaub nimmt

Großraumbüro extrem laut, Keine Benefits (nicht mal einen Obstkorb oder höhenverstellbare Tische)

Sehr schroffer Ton mit extremen Leistungsdruck. Kommunikation was betriebliche Veränderungen angeht gleich 0.

Interessante Aufgaben ja, Arbeitsbelastung nicht gerecht aufgeteilt. Viele arbeiten viel zu viel während andere leider kaum etwas arbeiten
