Difficult to find things to like when the turnover is insane and the CEO talks about you disrespectfully.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No HR, no benefits, complicated communication within the company etc.

Better communication with employees (more respect), no sexist remarks, no comments about how the employer shouldn't have to pay the BVG abo because it's "so cheap" when the salaries are low, no talking behind employee's backs even though they're the ones taking care of the biggest workload.
Thinking about handing out Christmas bonuses or gestures thanking the employees for their hard work would be nice.
Better hygiene conditions for employees working with food.

Salary isn't so bad but is still quite low compared to the cost of living in Berlin right now.

CEO made several disparaging remarks about employees or while talking about some subjects outside of work.
Direct manager created a difficult work environment too.
Arbeitsbedingungen
No nets, caps, jackets or aprons for employees working around food. The entire building was freezing. Despite being told several times the temperatures in the fridge and working rooms were too cold compared to what was needed, there was no change.

Very bad communication through and through.
