Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Sehr lange pauen!
und für automotiv brance das nichts geeicht ist, sowie mess, Temperatur und alles andere. Auf ESD wird nicht geachtet die oleds kleben statischgeladen an der scheibe.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Alles. Die führung. Guckt euch mal genauer an,die Papiere, besonders die Werte die vorgelegt werden. Ups da ist mir was ausgerucht

Die Möglichkeit seine Arbeit selbst einzuteilen und die Freiheit zu haben wie man die Aufgaben löst. Work-Life Balance ist sehr gut.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Gehalt teilweise nicht fair verteilt / Ausstattung bzw. Ausrüstung fehlt teilweise weshalb häufig auf Hilfe von benachbarten Unternehmen zurückgegriffen werden muss

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Mehr Firmenbenefits nötig. Viele vergleichbare Unternehmen bieten mittlerweile moderne Lösungen, während es hier nichts nennenswertes gibt.

Fair working enviroments, nice co-workers around the team. Open door communication with senior management without any judgement. And ofcourse hardcore engineering work.

Not so far anything but,I would recommand to celebrate some monthly events/ team outing and other activities to keep employees boosted apart of their daily monotonous schedule. We really love to mix up with OLED works as family apart from daily work hustel ;)

I really like the friendly environement of co-workers and supports each other. Good thing is here collegues understand each other.

Work-Life-Balance

Best thing is, it has flexible working hours. So you can decide your own working hour as per your social life. This feels me as really good personal life balance along with work. You need work for longer hours sometimes for some critical projects, but later on its really easy to compensate with flexible time policy.

I am happy with current salary and benefits getting from OLED works, and salary structure is way transperent based on our skillset and experience. So no partiality in salary for each employee

Here no difference is made between internal and extenral employees. Eveyrthing is transperent, and no difference is kept between nationalities.

Interessante Aufgaben

If you are engineer by heart, you can get as much as challenging and interesting task for your daily work. So its super growing business and I would say I am fortunate to be part of this company. And I am really looking forward to present my self as good global marketer of OLED works ;)
