Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Ridiculously high salary. Average mid level developers paid as C levels in the CLM team.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Management, politics, trash talk, incompetence. All about the money, bonuses and trips to Dubai. Frauding the company.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Restructure CLM team. Get a real developer to write SQL. "Truncsert" is not innovation, it is non-incremental(slow) loading, a rookie mistake. Code generation in excel is idiotic. Issue tracking in google sheets while Jira is not used is a mistake. Kanban is not a ticketing system. 1 man show in a team of 10 doesn't work. Dutch Rockstars cannot pass drug tests.

Kommunikation

My managers avoided communication with me - but communicated with colleagues about me. My manager also told me how stupid the other colleagues are!!!! VERY INAPROPRIATE.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Little knowledge, big titles. Lying that they did xyz, but it was never done.

Work-Life-Balance

pagerduty + 80/20 development on each ticket (not 80% of tickets to 100%).

But if your boss likes you, you can come in at 11 every day.

Goal = flatter boss, ignore stupidity

you will learn nothing, but how to lower your work ethics and fraud the company.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Below average SQL developers(no development practices knowledge, can only hack stuff) paid as C levels.
