Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Everything right from the attitude of the HR personnel to the attitude of the top level hierarchy is terrible and would never fall into the category of a decent workplace
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere explained in the interview process was highly unstable in nature and lacked any kind of challenge. The office was a space with no proper facilities and lacked any kind of a motivation factor
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no growth promised in Career of the individual but only focussed on providing false promises to lure the Candidate into the monotonous job
Vorgesetztenverhalten
One of the worst that could be present in a company. Not once was the word "We/Team" used but only "I" was used though out.
Heavily Egoistic person at the top level with no much knowledge about the right way to lead a team.
