Klasse Kultur mit Unterstützung von allen Seiten um erfolgreich zu sein und die eigenen Ziele zu erreichen. Produkt setzt auf seine Stärken und hat weiterhin viel Potenzial immer besser zu werden. Kompensation ist absolut konkurrenzfähig.

Derzeit nichts.

Mehr Arbeitgeberförderprogramme für den Standort Deutschland wären sinnvoll, sind aber in Sicht. Eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge für Mitarbeiter in DE, oder alternativ eine Finanzberatung für die eigene Altersvorsorge.

What I like about the employer
I always had a pleasant collaboration with the counterparts within the different OT HR teams.
What I dislike about the employer
The lack of proper management and the short-term vision and decision making. There is a huge lack of transparancy and it felt like OT management were actors who lied straight to our face.
The CPO assured us that no reduction in workforce was planned when he got the question. Literally a few days later we got told that the 200 people former Planetly team in Berlin got laid off.
Suggestions for improvement
Think before you do. OneTrust does not have a strategy. It feels like all plans take a 180° turn from day to day. Planetly was awesome, mere months after the acquisition OneTrust laid off all Planetly personel. This is not a respectful way of dealing with motivated and hard working people.

OneTrust in 2022 stopped hiring, performed a first layoff of almost 1000 employees in June (first layoff was in 2020). In November 2022 they decided to close the Berlin office related to the last acquisition leaving more than 200 people without job. At the same time they made empty promises, kept hiring only C-levels, fake promoting people (no changes in salary).

Zu viele verschiedene Dinge zu tun. Manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, ich komme gar nicht zum Arbeiten, weil immer 1000 andere Sachen anstehen.

Super Atmosphäre im Team! Respektvoll und wertschätzend. Ideen und Kritik werden gleichermaßen positiv auf-, bzw. angenommen.

Trotz Teilzeit ist es manchmal schwierig, Familie und Arbeit unter einen Hut zu bekommen, gerade wenn Meetings sehr spät angesetzt werden. Darauf wurde zum Teil aber auch schon reagiert und ich denke, das wird noch besser werden.

- tolles, motivierendes Ziel (Unternehmen unterstützen mit Software klimaneutral zu werden)
- sehr klare Zielstellung lang- (Vision, Mission) und kurzfristig (OKRs), die auch gelebt wird und die tägliche Arbeit leitet
- Mitarbeiterorientierung: man merkt an Entscheidungen von HR und der Geschäftsführung, dass die Meinungen der Mitarbeiter sehr wichtig sind und einbezogen werden
What I dislike about the employer
manche Meetings haben einen zu weiten Teilnehmerkreis bzw. sind etwas zu lang, aber das wird auch aktuell schon verbessert

es gibt gut zu tun, aber großartig Überstunden oder starken Zeitdruck, wie man ihn von anderen Unternehmen dieses Stadiums kennt, gibt es auch nach mehreren Monaten praktisch nicht

Hier basiert Startup-typisch noch viel auf Eigenverantwortung. Durch starkes Wachstum ergeben sich vermutlich auch gute Karrierechancen, ist aber natürlich nicht gesichert.
