Give applicants who commit time and effort to complete interviews and task days the basic courtesy and respect of a follow-up email about the status of their application.

After completing a one-to-one interview with the founder, a (vague) task day in the office with the team, attending lunch with the team (out of own pocket) and providing my portfolio, I was given indication that I was one of three final applicants and that I would receive follow-up one week after the task day.

After no follow-up, I reached out myself via email to check the status of the application and again no response was received then or since.

The company concept is great and the other colleagues were friendly so it's unfortunate that the management doesn't value communication and respect towards potential employees.

I am leaving a negative review, as per my experience with this application process, so that future applicants can approach the company with caution and not waste their time and resources.
