I enjoyed working at open*i, and only left for reasons totally unconnected with the company. I miss them.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I liked every single person at the company, without exception, and the boss is the nicest I have ever have ever had. They and the company were always understanding about my bi-polarism, especially my depressive episodes. The work was also interesting – we often wouldn't know from one month to the next what language or problem domain I would need to handle – but the boss always trusted me to deliver, and I hope they would agree that I usually did.
Work-Life-Balance
My fault! I sometimes get *too* invested.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is in a converted factory, and there are some rough edges – door locks, for example – but nothing beyond minor inconveniences.
