Working atmosphere
It is generally a happy place to work. Because of flat hierarchy, any suggestion gets immediate attention
Communication
The higher management has a transparency policy where everyone if kept in the loop about all the details
Collegiality
The average age of the employees is about 23 years. Everyone is super-chill and hustlers. You do not see any work politics at all and everyone is happy to help if you are facing some issue.
Work-Life Balance
Generally, higher management ensures that this balance is specially taken care very well. During the lockdown, the company was very considerate of the people having kids at home, for example.
Leadership behavior
Employees are always involved in almost all of the decisions of the management, especially in the annual and quarterly OKRs. The company has pretty much a flat hierarchy and everyone is considered equal not just on paper but it is reflected in EVERY meeting.
Interesting tasks
The company is making groundbreaking innovations in terms of a Fast, Cheap and Simple MRI machine. The company also wants to bring cutting edge imaging technologies to everyone. The cutting edge tech stack and state of the art research on deep learning only make it more interesting.
Equality
The company is a melting pot of various cultures. Founders themselves come from Greece, Mexico and Spain. For a small company, we already have people from 8+ nations already. There are absolutely no concerns about your race, gender, sexual orientation, political stance etc.
Interaction with older colleagues
The average age of employees is less than 25 years. So, everyone is quite considerate for others. Everyone is open to listen
Working conditions
At the moment, the company uses a shared working space. So, the facilities are limited. But soon, there are plans to shift to a new office of our own and things will improve for sure.
