The work itself is mostly okay and you usually have enough time to complete your tasks. You have the option to work in a home office or from different locations by arrangement. The communication with the Berlin managers is very good and open and you always find a solution to work from anywhere. The Berlin team (and my direct colleagues from other locations) are very nice and helpful.
I never had any problems, but mostly had a good time with my colleagues and direct supervisors.

The team in Berlin is a pure tech team, which is why I can only evaluate the side of the technical team here.
The salary is in the lower range, you only get the national allowed minimum of vacation days and it doesn't look like this will change in the near future.
Contractual matters are not adhered to (example: salary adjustment - There is no system for promotion in Tech). Annual performance reviews are ignored by upper management.
Tasks are often not particularly varied and there are periods where only bugs are fixed as the system is quite error prone as the quantity of features outweighs the quality.
