The overall culture is great: there are constant opportunities to network internally, pressure is not excessively high and people are still very productive (which says a lot), and the working environment is nice. Also, the ESG sector is growing and so is the company, which makes it all the more interesting.

I'm joining the company during a period of low demand, which is rather rare. Because of this, my suggestion is quite specific: to approach proactive employees during low-demand periods to help them better provide value for the company.

Good working hours, great office and working equipment (PC, headset, etc), and a good location. Some reviews mention a lack of benefits, but I don't see this as a problem.

Very good communication when approaching anyone in the company. I'm only missing teammates and superiors approaching me to get my feedback from my first few weeks.

I'm joining the company in a somewhat rare period, where my department has a particularly low workload. I would have appreciated a discussion regarding this to better allocate my efforts.
